THE SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL
Good records protect your patent rights

All businesses, engineers and inventors must maintain excellent records to verify and prove their rights to an invention and the related intellectual property. The Scientific Journal is used to do just that.

The Scientific Journal is also referred to as an inventor's journal except that it is larger—over 90 pages for recording and developing your ideas and inventions—with 30 pages of instructions showing you how (no other inventor's journal has that):

  • Establish your first to invent rights (with an invention disclosure).
  • Protect your rights by documenting your invention.
  • Record data in order to secure strong patents.
  • Prepare patent application drawings (even if you're all thumbs).
  • Use the Strategic Guide(c) chart to track progress.
  • Develop your ideas without spending a lot of money.
  • Prove and verify your invention as you go.

Experienced businesses and entrepreneurs know it's easy to legally start the protection process by maintaining a journal. You can quickly protect your intellectual property, become an expert at patent drawing use the most modern methods, and all the while, track your invention's development. It includes:

  • Drawing reference guide (all the latest timesaving methods).
  • Product development guide.
  • Patent strategy guide.
  • How to develop valuable patents.
  • Legal format, attorney approved.
  • Valuable development and patenting tips that'll save thousands of dollars.

The Scientific Journal took years of development to address all the needs of inventors and engineers in commerce while maintaining legal requirements. To ensure the legal content meets today's standards it has been reviewed and edited by US Patent Attorney Michael Neustel. No journal is as easy to use or as thorough. Other features are:

  • A lay-flat binding makes it easy to draw and write.
  • The blue colored grid has a watermark that reads "Confidential" and "Do Not Reproduce" when copied on a dark setting. Perfect for protecting your drawings.
  • The blue colored grid fades out when copied on a light setting...perfect for making drawings for patent applications.
  • High quality drawing paper.
  • Measured grid pattern. Even if you are an inexperienced artist, you can use our dotted grid pattern to quickly prepare perspective drawings.

The Scientific Journal is the first step towards protecting your rights. Without a journal, you've no way to establish and prove ownership of an invention. Don't make the mistake of sending yourself a self-addressed envelope (proven invalide in court), do it right with a Scientific Journal. Journals are 128 pages, 90 pages for record keeping.
